Steve Noonan

With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Steve Noonan brings a unique blend of finance and business operations experience to his position as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President where he is also responsible for the company's CIO organization and corporate real estate.

Steve began his telecommunications career at Telcordia and has held several senior financial roles including heading up treasury, corporate development, and corporate venture investments. Steve has also held operating positions leading Telcordia's Surveillance & Activation and Next Generation Solutions business units. In addition, Steve initiated and led the successful completion of Telcordia's largest acquisition, Granite Systems, Inc.

Mr. Noonan previously served on the board of the TeleManagement Forum, a global organization that provides leadership, strategic guidance, and practical solutions to improve the management and operation of information and communication services. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, from Hofstra University in New York and a MBA from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
