Mark Greenquist

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mark Greenquist, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), brings more than 25 years of leadership skills, business acumen, and global expertise to Telcordia. As CEO, he oversees the daily operations of the company globally and is responsible for strategic planning and execution.

Mr. Greenquist joined Telcordia in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer, and oversaw the company's financial operations, including treasury/risk management, financial planning and forecasting, internal auditing, investor relations, the CIO organization, office of the Controller, and Facilities. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he was responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations and executing the corporate business plan.

Previously, he served as CFO at both Symbol Technologies, a global leader in enterprise mobility solutions, and Agere Systems, a global leader in semiconductors and software solutions for storage, mobility and networking markets.

Mr. Greenquist developed his international business expertise at General Motors' European operations, working as the treasurer of Saab Automobile and CFO and managing director of GM Poland. He also served as Vice President of Finance and CFO for General Motors, Europe, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Since 2008, he has been recognized by Global Telecoms Business Magazine on their annual Business Power100 list as one of the 100 most powerful and influential people in the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Greenquist holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, and a MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York.
